"The staff were really nice on arrival and we were given a welcome drink, we were so exited to stay, but then it just turned hellish. Ibiza island was flooded so we couldn’t leave the room, when we then got to the room the room stank from the drains, and there was hair in the shower. The air con unit then started to leak badly and we had to put towels all on the floor, the entrance to the property was flooded from the storm and coming into the room area, then the electricity went off for hours so...

"Only stayed a night here but the staff and facilities were great - the hotel is still new (one year old) so the overall feel is clean, modern and very well kept. Location is fab, there is parking around the corner and everything is walkable."
