"Limpeza do quarto bom porém quando entrei estava um cheiro desagradável como falta de ventilação. Abri a janela para entrar um pouco de ar mas tive que fechar logo pois tinha compromisso. Poderia ter uma pessoa para ajudar a subir as malas pois não há elevador. Pedi uma panqueca no almoço. Veio gelada e a carne salgada. Falta de água no café da manhã. Tivemos que solicitar."
