"The overall unit was half crap cleaned. They weren’t disgusting, but most surfaces had a film or dust all over them. It felt like a kid cleaned it. The bed sheets had cigarette burns in them. It was a no smoking room. The mini fridge didn’t work. The WiFi stopped working completely during our stay and didn’t work for the remainder of it. Staff were very friendly. Overall it wasn’t horrible but it isn’t as nice and clean as the pictures show. "

"When I arrived at 10:00 pm there was no one at the front desk for 20 minutes. I called the hotel trying to get someone’s attention. Finally, two employees came out of a managers office together, like maybe they had taken their break together. Didn’t apologize or ask if we had waited long. The hotel was fine, service meh. "
