"This was a decent resort. For the monies that are due a night it should atleast come with a complimentary breakfast. The wait times to eat at the resort were ridiculous so we ended up going to nearby casinos and restaurants for our stay. The bathroom amenities were not stocked good thing we brought our own. You would think things would run atleast til midnight but everything start shutting down at 9 . Little early for a resort in my opinion. The experience was great overall ."

"After getting in our room the sheets weren’t clean but the staff quickly addressed it and gave us a new room. Everyone was kind and attentive and the Sapphire super club is AMAZING. The complementary drinks are actually really good too!"

"Beautiful room. The elevator buttons were kind of old. The casino was nice! I had trouble with opening the blinds. i think there needs to be better instruction or sign for it."

"Rooms clean . staff extremly helpful and friendly. Fantastic food at Stacked, our favorite place to eat. We always stay at the Palace when we go to Biloxi. Non Smoking and less stressful than other places to stay. "

"Rooms didn’t look as advertise they were older looking perhaps not many tourist more local people . Toilet was clogged up and the drain in the tub as well we left early due to the inconvenience . "
