Heartfelt thanks to Ms. Harmanpreet for the warm welcome, thoughtful room upgrade, the birthday cake for our daughter, and the delightful surprise gifts for the kids. A big appreciation to Mr. Fayaz for his personal care and attention at the restaurant, ensuring our family – especially the little ones – had everything we needed. It’s inspiring to see such dedicated staff who have been with the hotel for so many years. The kindness and professionalism of your team made our stay memorable and filled with warmth. "there was an issue with the reader not reading my card correctly when I checked in so I had to rebook my reservation through Orbitz and then I discovered after rebooking it that orbit hours gonna be charged more money $175 to be exact I was quite upset at first, but they worked with me and gave me peace by letting me know that I would not be charged the fee for rebooking the room I’ve stayed at this property about 20 times and it is one of my favorite places to stay when I’m traveling in India"
