The places lacked cleanliness. The staff were quite warm but failed to fix the concerns whilst my stay. I was told the staff were going to take up this matter seriously after checkout.

Property has a construction going on, I was given the room directly under the construction zone. I stayed in the room for an hour assuming it will stop but that didn’t happen, upon complaining front desk was helpless and I had to checkout. After 30 mins I get a call from the manager asking me to come back and he would give me an upgrade but I had made another reservation so I moved on.
