"The first room we stayed at started to smell like sewage and the hotel was able to put us in a different room quickly. Valet was very accommodating and helpful when it came to parking. "

"Really enjoyed the hotel. Staff was very friendly and made me feel like at home. Amazing huge bathroom with walk in shower, very comfortable bed, had big table that was quite useful for room service. Food from room service was delicious as well. The only drawback is that you can hear ppl slamming doors in the hallway starting from like 5am, that was quite annoying, but other than that i can't complain. "

"This was the second time in one week that my wife and I stayed at the hotel. We had a very pleasant overnight stay and wanted a repeat of that a week later. One thing about it was the airport shuttle which was prompt and no delays. There was only one hiccup on the second stay and that there was a clogged drain and water backup in shower which was a bit of a mess. The desk staff alerted maintenance and they arrived within 15 minutes and immediately corrected the issue. Needless to say we still had a good stay and will probably visit again when we are in the BWI area. "
