"Comfortable bed. Great location. Nice balcony overlooking harbor. Pet friendly. Complimentary wine and cheese, along with lemonade, coffee or hot chocolate nightly. Comfortable library to enjoy reading or meeting other guests. Heated pool. Firepit lit each night. Continental breakfast every morning. Sandy is truly the heart and soul of the property. She meets, greets, checks guests in, serves as bellman, concierge and hostess. She is a gem. Our only issue was the toilet wouldn't stop running. The parts were not readily available to repair. Sandy offered to move us to another room, but we declined. Would highly recommend this boutique hotel. "

"The Sea Breeze was an economical stay in the Cape. Other options were super expensive so the Sea Breeze was great for our 3 night stay. The property is a little older but everything was clean and functional. The property is a 4 minute walk to the beach, 1 mile from the Kennedy Compound and 2.5 miles from Main Street. Boston is just 1.5 hours, Provincetown at the end of the cape is just an hour drive. We enjoyed Kate's Ice Cream, breakfast at the Daily Paper and supper ate Pizza Borbone while in town. Hyannis had lots of cool options for shopping and food on main street. We also visited the JFK museum while in town and the JFK Memorial (location of his acceptance speak). "
