"We weren’t happy that the room description on Expedia said our apartment had a double bed and 2 singles but was in fact a double bed and a sofa bed. We I contacted the hotel a month before arrival to check this were assured by email that we would be given a room with 4 beds on arrival but this did not happen.
After a long conversation and practically begging, (even with the email proof from the hotel) , we managed to get our room changed but had to have 2 seperate rooms and not a family room....
