"Room cleaned everyday, reception and restaurant staffs are good but spa staff don’t understand the language and don’t want to look-after the guests , everytime need to call them."

"They misled me. Before I booked, I was told I’d be able to extend my stay by a few hours, but after I completed the booking, they changed their answer and said it wasn’t possible. I was left to wait around in the lobby for 4 hours….I was more than happy to pay the additional fee, I did also specify everything in detail, yet I was repeatedly told NO"
