"Everything everyone just great"

"Beautiful resort and waterpark; prices are decent, no complimentary breakfast and I certainly believe for breakfast per person is overpriced - everything has a price on it. Customer service great, front staff kind and helpful. Rooms mildly stocked with towels and washcloths but considering full groups use these resort rooms maybe could do better with either more including toilet paper. Room thermostat was wacky (we booked 3 rooms- we all had same issue) the thermostat would not keep a steady temperature, temps fluctuated making it either too cold or too hot especially at night. Overall the stay was pleasant and the inconveniences were minor. Family friendly with plenty to do for all ages. The outdoor area is beautiful and spacious, balcony view into this middle area is worth it! The other balcony room faces the woods. "

"Room was beautiful and clean. Everything functioned properly. The staff was cheerful, respectful, and professional. Each had a great smile and warm personality. Our only issue was the size of the bathroom. It had a great tub and a fully functioning jacuzzi but it was small. Very small. Also, the mixer handle of the shower/tub was not functioning properly. Turned to the top it was off. Turn it to the left it went from cold to colder. Turn it back to the top the water would stop. Now turn it to the right and it would start out scalding hot and as you turned it all the way to the right it would be very hot. There was no way of getting a comfortable mixture of warm water. I ended taking extremely hot showers. Not fun. But otherwise the accommodations were excellent and I would be happy to return and recommend this place to my friends. (Of course I would give them a heads up about the shower and tell them to see if other rooms have a larger bathroom.) Also, I really enjoyed your swimming pool. Very refreshing. "

"Bradstan was great BUT it could have been more self-contained. Their restaurant was closed for the night we arrived. They could have (better) signage for the lake and the trail around the lake. We had trouble with our cellular connections, which may not be their fault but was part of our experience. The bed was great. The shower, and the bathroom in total, was fabulous. The surrounding area, I would have been happier to not to have to have seen it."

"When I checked in staff member wasnt very greetable, He was like ok. Then stated my reservation was for 2 queen beds, I said no I chose a King bed room onlone. Then handed me a paper to sign and I heard him say somethings and the last part was was card and card reader said unexpected $125 charge. I assumed in case of damages. Then handed me the keys. I was like ok which way am I going, never been here before. Not a outgoing person. Other then that the room was great and bed was comfortable. "
