"The room was immaculate and comfortable. Maybe a tiny bit loud from the bathroom fan, but that may be able to be switched off and we just couldn’t figure out how. I would recommend seeing if softer pillows are available if you prefer as we found the ones on the bed a little too firm."

"The room is clean and reasonable in size for 3 of us. There are utensils, cups & fridge & microwave with a note that we rather not use. I like the additional sink in the room for the washing of the cups and utensils. The electrical sockets were black in colour and could not be seen clearly against the black skirting near the floor. They were not conveniently located beside the beds for charging our phones and devices. The bedside 'tables' are a little too small to put things. The table is also small to use my computer to do work but I managed. The chair is comfy but only one. Maybe 2 smaller ones are better? Overall no complain. We chose it for it's location."

"It was a cozy accommodation, old but useful. The room was pretty big with a bed, sofa and TV. Plenty of parking space and everything you need like supermarket and servo were close."

"Convenient location in beautiful Battery point within walking distance of good restaurants, and the CBD. Good parking and great to have the kitchenette. Comfortable beds & good showers. Within walking distance of supermarkets in Sandy Bay. Have stayed at St Ives Appointments many times. Our favourite for Hobart accommodation, because of convenient location, useful kitchenette, parking and comfortable beds. The only negatives are a a little dated decor and some difficulty getting aircon temperature just right."
