I get that it’s a friendly establishment, which is great for people who have pets, but unfortunately, I had two different rooms and they both smelled like pets have stayed there as well. Not sure if it was urine in the carpets or what but definitely nauseating. After the second room, I just had to stick it out through my reservation.

Hotel was very nice but they were out of milk and other items on the breakfast buffet. The staff was rude when we asked about milk for the cereal. Overall the hotel was very nice, I just wish they would have handled the breakfast issue in a nicer way.

The entire floor in our room (carpet) was very sticky. We could not walk around without shoes or socks on. The desk chair was covered in stains, the walls in bathrooms had stuff smeared on it and the pillows were flat which did not provide much comfort. However, the staff was friendly, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast they offered was good!
