"From stepping out of the car, to the friendly greeting at the front desk, to the beautiful suite we knew we were welcome. After a short walk and dinner, we returned to treats, freshly baked cookies, drinks and special water in our room. Thank you to all staff for our beautiful stay. See you next year!"

"I would like to highlight an exceptional customer service and a great work of the hotel staff. We arrived at the first noght of heal wave. It was really hot in the room. It was a late evening already and we contacted the hotel staff. They did everything to make us comfortable, they offered to move to another room, offered three additional vents… they were really trying to help us. I really appreciate that help and I always really appreciate when the staff really care. And they do care. That’s why I am giving 5 stars. The building is old overall, windows are small, no views. But everything is very clean and well maintained. The 2 bedroom room was spacious. So I recommend this place, and really appreciate their exceptional customer service and friendliness."
