"We stayed at the Beaufort Inn for my daughter’s birthday weekend. We had a cottage and her family the greyhound lodge. Bed was wonderful and breakfast above most continental breakfast menus with sausage and biscuits. Loved the location. Very walkable to downtown. The issues were with the extra bedding. Couldn’t tell if it was clean because it was wadded up in the closet. Staff seemed indifferent about the situation! Also we went to the beach and forgot to get the pass from the front office. Nobody was there on Sunday am and I wish they would have issued the pass as we checked in. Overall a good experience."

"This is our second time staying at Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort. We love the proximity to the beach. An easy, few minute walk and you’re on the sand! The beach was perfect. Not too crowded and seceral lifeguards present. Multiple pools is a great option. The smaller pool was next to our building and perfect for our family. Check-in and out was a breeze. Most staff members we interacted with were a delight! Polite and helpful! I do wish condo owners would keep a broom & dustpan on hand instead of only a small vacuum. There were a few things that needed to be fixed in the condo, but nothing that inhibited our stay. Chairs and boards were available if needed. There’s nothing better than having your morning breakfast or nightcap and seeing the ocean/hearing waves crashing."

"Stayed there during the Beaufort Water Festival and had a challenge with my wife's arrival that was going to cause me a few headaches. I explained my situation to Jeanette who was checking me in and she went above and beyond to instantly solve and was so kind and gracious while doing it. This place defines Southern Charm and Hospitality. Will stay here again for sure!"
