"We loved out stay at Grand Hotel. We were there for 3 days and it was very quiet and peaceful. The staff was so nice and polite. We were close to everywhere we had to go (Crab Orchard and Crossville) and it was a very nice get away. Our room was very clean and had everything that we needed. There are no elevators here which was not a problem at all for us but I would suggest requesting a ground floor if you can not do the stairs. We are coming back in June and have quite a few family members that we have joining us and have 0 hesitation suggesting that they stay here as well."

"Been to this hotel multiple times and each and every time im treated very well. I travel with service dog and most of the time I get the exact same room."

"The room was lovely, and very clean. All staff we encountered were great, parking was more than adequate, a good selection of items for breakfast: sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal...plenty of coffee!"

"The check in procedure was a bit complicated as the lobby closed at 5 and we were arriving after. I had trouble accessing a digital key. When I called, the person I talked to was very helpful and left us a key in the lockbox. So it all worked out. We would have liked to have had drinking glasses, a dish towel, paper towels in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean and functional. It was quiet. We would stay there again."

"Staff was helpful and accommodating. Rooms were cleanish, I travel for work so I bring my own cleaning supplies. Only downfall is you can hear everything around you in your room. Not very well insulated. "
