"When we arrived only 1 of the 2 elevators were working. The 2nd floor reeked of marijuana. The 2nd day the only working elevator broke, requiring my 82 yr old father & I to use the stairs to go back & forth to the car for my sister’s surprise bday party. When we asked about being reimbursed for this inconvenience, our name & number was taken because there was no manager on duty. Have yet to hear from anyone. Would NOT recommend & will NEVER go back."
