"This is a very friendly and sociable hotel. Staff great, food options delicious. Staff go out of the way to make you feel at home. Lovely gardens and surroundings. Rooms well decorated with good amenities.
There are a couple of downsides.
The mattress on the bed was firmer than we’d have liked.
The next point was that someone had fallen asleep in their room and left their TV on all night. There are no staff available to contact out of hours so little could be done to resolve this . This led...

"We had an excellent stay at Stonehenge Inn. The room was the perfect size for our family and very clean. It’s above a pub (noise wasn’t a problem). The pub has a large variety of pub food and everything we had was good. The kids loved the mini Stonehenge out front.
The beds were a little hard, but everything else was perfectly comfortable.
This inn is an excellent place to stay if you need someplace close to Stonehenge. It’s about a 5 minute drive to the entrance. You can’t get much closer....
