Loews Philadelphia Hotel
Staff were great. Hotel was nice overall, room not as great as anticipated given a 4-star hotel. Shower door did not shut properly. Bathroom door did not latch.

Staff was beyond “seemingly” courteous…. The staff was exceptional from checkin to checkout…. Traveled with a two year old…. Room immaculate and serviced as such during the three night stay…. Property central to lots of fun in Philadelphia…. Room Service a ten!!
