"The property itself was spotless. I didn't see a speck of dust. It is obviously cleaned pretty much daily. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was good. The kitchen was clean and had everything you needed. I would add some baking trays and oven gloves but apart from that it was great! The bedroom was clean and tidy. The windows had all been opened beforehand to air out the house. Towels were provided for each person which was handy as my girls forgot theirs. The beds were quite hard but...

"Unfortunately, the property did not meet reasonable cleanliness or maintenance standards. On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was no bin provided anywhere in the property, only loose bin bags left for guests to manage waste themselves. The bathroom showed visible mould around the shower area. This is a hygiene issue that should not be present in a paid short-term let. The sofa in...

"Excellent communication from host & easy check in with key lock. Room was spacious & comfortable for our family of 4. The only negative was that we hadn’t realised that bathroom would be downstairs, which resulted in the kids being a bit anxious about going on their own, as it’s a shared house and they weren’t comfortable wandering around the house on their own with strangers. Not a problem for the adults, but the kids weren’t comfortable. "

We absolutely loved the restaurants, the pool was perfect for relaxing, and our suite room was beautiful and comfortable. The whole experience felt effortless and welcoming. Already looking forward to coming back in December."

Hilton Garden Inn Manchester Emirates Old Trafford

10/10 Excellent

"This was our second stay here, and we chose to return because of how clean, lovely and well-maintained the hotel is. Although we had a spa booked at another hotel, we decided to stay here again because we enjoyed our previous experience so much. The staff are always so attentive and welcoming, the rooms are lovely, and the location is ideal, with the tram stop just a short walk away. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!"
