"Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was very well prepared and served. The room lacked finishing touches like colourful cushions as shown in the lobby photo which left a very austere atmosphere in the room. It was comfortable enough. It’s built on a steep hillside so be prepared to have a good workout for the thighs coming and going to the restaurant and reception areas if you wish to walk; gold cart transport service is available if you prefer. "we were not provided any room at the Ooty Global Village as they informed all the rooms was full already and we had to travel 100 km at night with my family 2year and 7 year old kids. since no rooms was available at that time . all because we believed that confirmed booking of Hotels.com with full payment already made, thought we will have a place to stay. even after complaining and contacting neither provided an alternate stay nor returned the amount paid Rs. 8024( such a high price for one...
