"Todo estuvo mal, no hubo internet, la calefacción lo bajaron a las 9pm y el cuarto se enfrió totalmente, me pasé llamándolos y texteandolos y nadie contestó hasta 7am y recién prendieron la calefacción, no pudimos dormir el cuarto era un hielo, no hay agua porque dicen que las tuberías se congelan, ..."

"We had originally booked for one night but the place was so stunning that we stayed for two. It truly is beautiful and you can watch the sunset over the lake. The staff were also very good at accomodating our children for lunch and dinner as the can be fussy! Included is also a tour of the Islands ..."
