"The air conditioning worked well, as did the refrigerator and freezer. The shower was another story: I sometimes had to wait for 10 minutes for hot water. And the TV was the only real amenity other than the refrigerator and freezer. The staff was very helpful and the stay was comfortable and quiet."

"I truly appreciate the Lodge and understand that there are probably financial constraints that prevent renovation or remodeling: the National Parks system is AMAZING and the lodges are in beautiful locations and affordable. Peaks of Otter is a lovely, accessible location. But the air conditioner was very old and very loud, and the blinds didn't work because the cords were broken. Aside from that, everything was wonderful: inexpensive dining and lodging in a beautiful location. Thank you!"
