"This hotel has old time charm with an updated image and decor. Centrally located in Glenwood Springs, it was close to everything and just a walk over the bridge to the hot springs. The rooms were small, and it was hard to find a place to hang or place clothing items, and we ended up just leaving everything in our suitcases. Besides that, it was a great place to stay and I would recommend it."

"The room was clean and had the very, bare, minimum. Towels were small, not bath size towels. The main issue that was a problem, was the key card access. Was very fussy and hard to use. Usually took a couple of minutes to get into the room. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet."

"everything was great, the only thing that bugged us was the fact that the washing machines said it was 1.50 per load, yet it charged us 8.00 every time, and you always had to use a credit card, you really should be able to use quarters. Also the ice machines hardly ever had ice, there was only 2 in the entire facility, you really need more then 2 for that size complex, there should be 1 in every buidling"
