"Great place and staff.. very helpful with everything"

"Emergency stay. Stayed one nice. The staff was polite. They took care of my bags. It was in less than average condition BUT the bed and linens were absolutely clean! Weak cold shower but the bathroom floor was in great conditions! Water gets shut off. AC and fan gets shut off. It was a good stop for am emergency. No pests! No sewer smell! I enjoyed my stay mostly."

"Room was filthy. Area is really unsafe. This hotel is listed as a 3 stars but is not even worth a 1 star. This hotel should not be listed on any website. The washroom was dirty, the dirty drain water from the sink was going directly on the floor, there was no separation between the toilet and the shower, there was no hot water, the water from the shower was leaking out to the room floor, the door lock was broken. Our room was on the 4th (top most) floor and there was a kitchen right next to us...

"This place is superb to stay I fell relax staff is kind and helpful. They are good in service. Comfortable beds and big rooms and there wifi speed is great. Breakfast was also good this place in also near to many malls and markits near by. Thanks to Expedia for giving us great opportunity to stay at great place. I would love to come back again and I recommend to this great place near to airport and it's value for money aswel"

"Stuff was trying to take more money by saying you can’t pay online you pay here , even though had showed them booking reference but they tried their best, not a family Hotel, will not recommend this to anyone, I checked ina different hotel, couldn’t stay there it was that bad."

"this property is not a hotel, it's a simple guest house in a very congested busy rough area. The Bungalow location is very hidden no signboards, and no one in the area knows about this hotel where about. I spend 20-30mins trying to locate this property, was scared of the area, and still asked 4 people for the direction of this site but no one knows. I have to book another property to stay and paid more. I will suggest avoiding this property and paying a little bit more and booking near the city...

"My stay in Sarawan Hotel was above my expectations because The room rate was much cheaper than the other hotels around the proximity Hotel was well cleaned Amenities were much cheaper Staff and services were excellent Atrium mall is adjacent and within two minutes walk where one can do all the shopping Property condition and facilities are excellent I will give ***** (five star) all in all ! Superb free airport transfer in the early hours in a large sedan car for the mile or so to Airport Departures. Thank you very much to all."
