"I highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay after trekking or touring the Maras salt mines, the Sacred Valley, or Machu Picchu. We stayed here after our four-day trek on the Inca Trail. The staff were friendly and very accomodating, the property is beautiful, the beds are very comfy, the water pressure is amazing, the hot tub experience was divine, the views are spectacular, and the food was wonderful. "Just phenomenal. Everything about this place is wonderful. Staff is easy to communicate with. The attention to detail is so appreciated. It's so clean and quiet. My Goodness, the beds are soft and comfortable. Having split rooms with a group was great. I would highly recommend this place. I couldn't say one bad thing about it. "

"This is a great hotel. The breakfast was great with good variety and even made to order menu. The dinner at their restaurant was also delicious (not included but worth going). Staff was very helpful and friendly my only complaint would be the road there is very narrow and one way so can be stressful getting in and out of a taxi, but still worth the stay. "

"Had a wonderful experience here. I was able to spend time at the spa and enjoyed an Andean Massage with Jessica. She was calming and the message technique was very good. Had a lovely chapel on site, available to offer up a prayer. Julio at the front desk took excellent care of us and staff went over and above. Service was outstanding. Food was delicious. Made for an amazing relaxing visit. Thank you... Gracious! Definitely 5 stars all the way."
