"The place is big and comfortable, the shower is perfect - hot with good pressure. Breakfast is good - eggs, bread and jam, coca tea, coffee and juice. The staff are great and knowledgeable about tours and can arrange them for you . The only negative is that there are many neighbourhood dogs which are so noisy barking all night that I couldn't sleep well. Bring earplugs. The hotel is highly recommended."

"The rooms were simple, clean and comfortable. However, it took a long time for the hot water to arrive in the shower. The location of the hotel is very central, walking distance to the main plaza. I also felt very safe. They had 24-hour staff support. The breakfast had both warm and cold food options."

"The staff were really helpful and kind, helping me to arrange things with minimal Spanish. The only challenge was the even with the hot water tap turned up full, the water was still too cold to shower in. My arrival was late at night so the hotel may have run out with other rooms having showers before me."

"The hotel was hard to find and the Google Maps route was incorrect. I finally found it using GaiaGPS. Staff were nice and friendly. The room was stuffy, dingy and not too clean. It did have a private bath. Breakfast is included, service was friendly but slow. Our rom looked out on a brick wall with barbed wire on top. It was pretty quiet."
