"Rating: 5/5 Great stay at Crowne Plaza Huangshan. The location is fantastic – right next to the ancient town and easy to access. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Breakfast had a good variety of Western and Chinese options. "Management (?owner/operater) was rude and despite familiarity with 'translator' app a terrible communicator. Saving a 1* teview was the laundry and available (out of room) fridge. Perhaps it was a bad weekend...but smoking while talking at the front desk and 'cold-shoulder' vibes were annoying even considering cross-cultural differences! C'est la vie...but 'Choose your own Adventure' with this one!""

"Strategically located in Tangkou area at the foot of the mountain . Through corresponding on We chat , the staff came to pick me at the Tangkou bus terminal . Much appreciated Room is nicely decorated. The staff helped with the itinerary. There are many such hotels in the vicinity n good service stands out"
