"Just phenomenal. Everything about this place is wonderful. Staff is easy to communicate with. The attention to detail is so appreciated. It's so clean and quiet. My Goodness, the beds are soft and comfortable. Having split rooms with a group was great. I would highly recommend this place. I couldn't say one bad thing about it. "

"This is a brand new facility. Some rooms are still being finished during our stay. It’s conveniently located in a safe neighborhood. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. After checking out on the last day of stay, they watched over our suitcases for a few hours, so we can finish the city tour. Thumbs to the Augusto the manager and his team. "

"The manager (female) of Casa Muru is so unfriendly and “Karen” like in nature that more than 5 of the neighboring restaurants, cafes, and stores warned me about her, and respectively expressed how difficult it was to communicate or cooperate with her."

"Everything about this property was superb. Breakfast was restocked every day and we enjoyed being able to cook this at our leisure. Staff were very attentive and check-in was easy. "

"The location and property were good. Communications was poor. We had to wait long periods of time for an answer. Be aware that water doesn’t get to the showers or toilet during the day. They use a tank and the recommendation is to use the showers at night or until 8 am. Overall we were a little disappointed with the property. "

"It was an excellent stay It was unexpected surprise to have a two bedroom apartment but even better when it was is excellent condition The owner spoke perfect english and was very helpful The property was well located near a mall I would stay there again "

"The room is very clean and modern looking. The extreme downside is it has no heating, AC or any type of ventilation. The owner was extremely nice and accommodating, and kept our luggage while we traveled to Machu Picchu.. "

"The apartment operator owner arranged a pick up from the airport which was most welcome, he helped us get settled in , arranged a pizza for us that night and was a great help. "

"Two of us stayed at this beautiful place for 3 nights and couldn’t be more happy with it! After a long day trekking, coming to a room that had a rainfall shower head and fluffy sheets was truly the perfect way to unwind. The service was excellent and was very accommodating to anything we needed. The location could not be more ideal - it is placed within a block of nightlife or the Plaza de Armas where there are many beautiful and delicious dining options with views of the Cathedral. The decor was welcoming and beautiful with hot tea or coffee awaiting you to heat you up from the cold . We cannot recommend it enough !"

"It’s a newly renovated extremely charming hotel! The breakfast is maybe not for all - for me the abundance of fruit, good bread and lots of advocado, omelette made fresh was perfect. Situation is also perfect - just at the historical centre without the worst noice. Great value for money!"
