Excellent hotel for an overnight stay prior to flying out of Concepcion. Clean. Modern. Excellent bathroom. Free Coca-Cola and mineral water in minibar was a real plus.

The property is nice and clean. I would stay here again. However, we chose this property based on the hot tub and pool classification. There is NO HOT TUB as stated and the pool is tiny so if these things are important to you stay somewhere else. In addition, the parking isn't convenient and is full quite often.

Room was in good condition and spacious with lots of storage space. A/C is in perfect working order with just a low hum emanating from the fan. Lobby area and dining room present an upscale feel upon enter. One common thing thar detracted from our initial expectations was the dichotomy between staff performance and lobby/room appearance. One thing odd my group found was the reserved seating on the first table. I have never seen this before. Additionally, the fancy Krupps coffee maker which was present on Saturday was “broken” the following day. I also asked why the larger plate that was available on Saturday is missing. The young lady who responded stated large plates are not available. But she put them out later. The male member of the dining room staff is the only one who took the extra steps in my point of view.

Su personal necesita capacitación en el trato al cliente. Las soluciones que plantean resultan poco razonables. Por ejemplo, ante el problema que presentó el aire acondicionado de mi habitación y mi preocupación por el frío, la respuesta fue: “Me llamas a las 3 a. m. y yo te lo ajusto desde acá.” Es decir, interrumpir el sueño, encender la luz, llamar y esperar. No parece una solución efectiva. Finalmente, accedieron a cambiarme de habitación a solicitud mía, pero la nueva resultó extremadamente ruidosa. Terminé en una tercera habitación, y nuevamente el comentario fue: “Ya no la puedo seguir cambiando de habitación.” Analicemos: ¿qué persona llega a un hotel para no poder instalarse cómodamente en su habitación y, por gusto, desear cambiarse de una a otra? Es absurdo pensar que alguien busca incomodarse a sí mismo. El comentario debió ser completamente diferente.

Todo perfecto. Habitación amplia, moderna, limpia y agradable. Lo mismo para el gimnasio. Amable servicio, muy buena conexión WiFi y gran selección de canales TV. Buen desayuno, aunque quizás escaso en selección de fruta. Muy buena calidad-precio también y localización (cercano al aeropuerto)
