Personally I want to give special commendation to the restaurant staff such as Brian, Mauricio, Juan, Angel, Joseph and Ana.for their superb services. My wife and I are very pleased with all of them. "I don't normally do bad reviews and stay in hotels around 30/40 nights a year. Other than the location and pool this experience was very poor. The WiFi is not suitable for video calls or streaming. The Aircon doesn't lower the temperature effectively at all which for a hot place makes sleeping very hard. The water is a trickle and doesn't run hot which is okay after a hot day in the dunes but reflects poorly on the hotel. When arriving and paying by card a 5% fee is levied which isn't written anywhere. They rushed us out of our room and charged us 20 soles for the extra hour we were there despite it not being busy. They wouldn't even let us stay by the pool after checking out even though it wasn't busy."

"Modern Hotel Boutique with all the amenities of a big brand. 2 pools, car garage. Bedroom are large and can accommodate up to 3 beds for families, our bedroom had a balcony with pool view, large modern bathroom. Overall hotel cleanliness is always on spot. Breakfast is included. We will definely come back. By the way Felipe is a great host very attentive with great attitude at all times."
