"Great hotel. Only thing to recommend is more options for breakfast and staff had a hard time keeping up with the tables and food. Many times the buffet (hot plates) were empty for a while."

"Our "Superior" room had a magnificent, second floor ocean view. The food at the Avalon restaurant was superb, but the waitstaff (Martin, Valentina, Valeria, Niorca and Yajida) were even better! Our room was cleaned daily by a very trustworthy staff. The shower water was hot. The hotel manager, Jesus, speaks excellent English and was very hospitable and helpful. He arranged our airport pick-up and drop-off. The pool is very nice but was closed for cleaning for too long and too often. Overall, highly recommend!"

"Nice comfortable bed and great pillows. Everything was clean and nice, hot shower and good location to everything. They even provided a safe place in their garage overnight for my motorcycle which I really appreciated. 👍😊"
