"We loves the hotel. Our room was on the seventh floor and the view was awesome. The hotel is located close to several large restaurants or bars and it is very loud at night. The breakfast in the description says buffet. Every day you have the options. They are rice soup, boiled eggs, a noodle dish and toast. We found a restaurant very close with a great breakfast, Cupcake at Phayao. Amazing!"

"Last night we stayed in this amazing property, the likes which we’ve never seen before. It was a unique experience, like going to heaven, the quality of the accommodation and the attention to detail elevated this property to one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. We highly recommend this to anyone who would like a 10 out of 10 experience in northern Thailand.

"This hotel seems ordinary as a 3-star hotel but the staff is exceptional. The location is great for a night market walking distance on the weekend( I am not sure whether there is a night market on Monday through Friday.) Great shopping both food and others for souvenirs."

Scenic landscapes and natural beauty left me breathless. The rolling hills, lush greenery, and serene atmosphere made my stay truly unforgettable….
The room was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with full amenities. I especially appreciated the powerful hair dryer (not the usual kind that takes forever!). The owner is warm and sincere, making guests feel genuinely welcome. Friendly pets, including dogs and cats, added to the charm of the place. A special highlight was being able to pluck and enjoy fresh longan fruit right on the spot—such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommended!"
