Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. The location is excellent just a short walk to the beach. Note that 72-5 is associated with Seacret Hotel, check in is there.

older part of the main hotel out of the way but very quiet bit sparse of furniture ,easy to access the beach 3 min walk

When we checked in they could not find reservation. I said i booked through Expedia, the girl pulled a bad face, and said oh you book outside. Room smelled horrible from bathroom. We eventually got a new room,but no one madeany apology at all. I asked for a pool towel they said no! I cannot use the pool because my room is not allowed!!!! my friend told his hotel (AMARA RESORT)and they invited us to use their pool anytime, for no fee because they felt so bad for us. This place is rude and twrrible I will NEVWR stay again. A d my room was not cheap. I hate them!!!! I have travelled 20 times to Thailand over many years this is the first time I was made to feel NOT WELCOME.
