"I paid top dollar for my room only to find trash under the desk, where the coffee pot was also the extra 25 dollar fee to check in 1 hour before 4pm but we had to check out before 11am thats not even 24 hours. I was in room 1330 and i could still smell the staleness in it from last people must. of stunk or smoked. Also heatring the neighbors kids scream all night was a nightmate sence when does black hawk welcome kids."

"Clean room with fantastic beds and blackout shades. I’ve stayed here many, many times and was distressed this visit by the on-site restaurant. It used to be a highlight of staying at this property. Fantastic servers and good food. The Spotted Donkey was a bit of disaster. No host to seat is or acknowledge us. I stood at the podium for thirty minutes along with others and nobody even came to explain the situation. It was as if there were no cooks or servers. This needs to be seriously addressed if you will lose lots of hotel business. "

"The La Quinta Inn (Denver/Golden) is an affordable & convenient hotel for lodging near I70 & US 285. The rooms appear to be clean and are comfortable. There are no real amenities. I’ve never seen the pool open. The front-desk staff is generally hot or miss in terms of professionalism & courtesy. It seems as though the house cleaning staff does a good job with cleaning the rooms. It’s also nice tor them to provide water in the lobby for customers."

"I found this an extremely pleasant hotel from the minute I walked in and met Matt at the front desk. I had a long day of travel and he made the check-in process so easy. My room was probably the nicest room at this price point that I have ever stayed in and I have traveled a lot. I also chatted with Lee at checkout and he was pleasant and helpful too. I will definitely come back to this hotel the next time I am in Boulder."
