"La femme de ménage nous a réveillé à 8:36 pour demander à quelle heure on allais partir. On lui demande à quelle heure est le check out et elle réponds à 11:00. Alors pourquoi réveiller les clients. On était deux chambres et elle a réveillé dans les deux."
