"Reception and restaurant staff were professional and efficient. Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. It was a treat to have hot (not tepid) water for the shower and bath. Unfortunately, some staff took their smoking breaks under the bedroom window, chatting loudly, which was disappointing and spoiled the quiet location."

"We had a lovely stay. The location can't be beat! We had many days ning and shopping options to choose from. Our stay was wonderful, clean, comfortable and very accommodating. We loved all the local art on the walls. The breakfast was perfect too! We would definitely stay again!"

"The hotel was fine, but just fine. We waited for 15 at check in as there was only person on the reception desk on New Years Eve. The lift didn't work, nor had it 6 months earlier when friends stayed there. And the WiFi didn't work on the 4th floor. That said the room was good sized, clean and comfortable."
