Overall rating was ok. The stressfull process was the self park and valet entrance. The hotel did not have a good staff to direct traffic to keep a good traffic flow. Checking into our room was not the best customer service from the front desk with poor attitude and a rushed

The Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria
Clean room , coffee machine didn’t work , when I asked for in house breakfast I was told to call back 30 min later. No biggie. Beautiful property, lovely staff. Will come back if I’m that way again

Heritage Place Houston Brookhollow
It was good place to stay for a quick trip to Houston with our dog. Easy parking, friendly staff and convenient location. Also, loved that there is a little convenience store.

Kozy Houston North
The hotel lobby/elevators smelled nice. Our room smelled like mildew. Our second day they ran out of towels. The hotel clerk( black queen) I forgot her name. She was very accommodating, shout out to her!!!
