The staff at this hotel was outstanding! They were very attentive and caring. The breakfast buffet was really great. The hotel is a little older but the staff took care of issues we had promptly and courteously. We stayed for almost a week and everyone was just delightful.

The hotel staff was excellent. Your AI personell sucked. 2 hours and we couldn't get the double booking snafu settled. Finally around midnight, Thomas was able to resolve the issue.
