The rooms were spacious and nice. Staff was nice and friendly.!The elevator was not working so I had to carry my luggage and 4month old up the stairs. The rooms presented to be clean, but I found a roach crawling onto the bed while my baby was laying down and parking can be limited.

by far the best motel 6 i’ve stayed at. room was updated, ac worked, clean sheets, clean room. tv worked. only thing was the hallways smelt like smoke (the room did not) and the bottom of the shower/tub, was very slick and i felt like i could slip at any point during my shower.

True Motel Hospitality in Houston

When I checked in the evening of Aug. 20, I told them that i needed to leave the next morning at 3 am to go to the airport for a 5 am flight. They offered to have coffee for me before I left. sure enough, at 3 am, coffee was ready for me. The room was quiet, spotless and beautiful, so were the rest of the motel and grounds. These folks know the true meaning of hospitality. I will definitely stay there the next time I need to go to Houston.

How attentive the housekeepers were, they did a great job with cleanliness! Only dislike, the elevators did not work. Had to walk up and down from the third floor everyday. Only disadvantage.

The location is great, close to the airport. From Motel6 I just expect a bed and clean bathroom. But is it necessary to put lighting in the ceiling only, 150 watt??! Makes you feel you are in a hospital’s operating room. We used the light from the microwave to get some decent lighting!! The fan in the bathroom could wake up the dead.

Remember this is an economy class hotel you get what you pay for. It's sitting at the interchange of Interstate 69 and the Sam Houston tollway. So it's loud outside. Very loud. But it is a surprisingly quiet in the rooms even the rooms facing the freeways. Rooms were very clean. The maids actually take pride in their work here. For a motel 6, they even put their special touches on the toilet paper making it look like a flower. And they really do a nice job with the towels. The hotel staff were very friendly and I enjoyed staying there. The only thing that did kind of suck, was at the time the elevator was down. But they had crews there fixing it so besides that I had a good stay

This is kind of like a a gem in the rough. For a budget hotel it actually does pretty good for the area it's in. It is extremely noisy outside, but you wouldn't know it from inside the room. They did a pretty darn good job of soundproofing this thing. It was well kept and clean. Had a ton of channels on the TV. And they allow pets. The staff were courteous. I was genuinely happy with what was provided for the price given. There is a gas station next door that does serve breakfast and lunch and get coffee. So it wasn't too bad. I just wish I'd had more choice and food in the area. But the location kind of negates the opportunity of this happening. But like I said it's like a gem in the rough. It's actually a better place than I thought it would be by looking at it from the outside. Never judge a book by its cover I guess

The gentleman who checked me in was very pleasant and professional. I was disappointed in having to walk 3 flights of stairs due to a non working elevator and the dead end parking lot without hotel entry access was a drag as well. The fact that you advertised as NO MONEY BACK I FEEL that you need to get rid of the MOLD THAT IS TRAPPED IN THE 1st floor!!! It smells awful and that place needs to be aired out properly and cleaned!!! I don’t care what you think!! You guys better check into that moldy smell before someone gets sick. I am actually HARRIS COUNTY LCENSED FSM and I am making you aware of a PUNGENT AND OVERWHELMING ODOR OF MOLD AND MILDEW which is not safe for human health. I thought it was dishonest to not disclose about the elevator and then force people to breathe in mold and mildew as they WALK 3 flights of stairs without a single railing to help. No lie the room was clean but all the other flaws drop your score.. if you fix up the place you don’t have toTAKE people’s money There is absolutely NO WAY THAT YOU CAN PASS THE ODOR ON FIRST FLOOR WITHOUT NOTICING!!
