Haystack is a wonderful place. It’s clean, quiet, friendly guests, a nice kitchen, clean bathrooms. You couldn’t expect anymore from a hostel. Ms. Karen has got it going on. Keep up the great work!

I liked Karen she was very friendly and helpful. I liked the bed. It was a little loud for me, I think the neighbors were having a party.
There was assignment error of the bed I was suppose to be given. The bunk beds are NOT stable on laminate floors. A/C is poorly that I saw another attendee take and use a portable fan. The houses used are NOT modern looking like the images shown on this site. The roommates were friendly though.
The place is clean and good to stay in here.. but the communications with the office is terrible and the lady the works here is very little she can do about it, I send many messages and they never answered, I even told them that I will do a bad review on that and they don't care..So now you know that if you stay here there is going to be communications issues..Problems!
Everything was good specially receptionist was very nice lady i think her name was Leslie
But in the hotel some people were trying to monitor my phone!!
That's privacy invasion
0/5 stars.
They gave me an overnight code that was incorrect/did not work and have been completely unresponsive since my stay was set to occur. If you want a host that is responsive and timely, save your money and time and go with another property that is going to be well worth the extra effort.
