Chose this hotel because of the indoor pool which was out of service and the whole place smelled like marijuana. The room itself was not bad but chose this place for the gym, hot tub, and pool which was non accessible ☹️

The property is very old. You can tell it’s been painted a lot and the carpets are dirty. Couch and chair in the room was dirty. The area is sketchy. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

Staff was real nice and accommodating, especially for the inconvenience. There was roaches in one room and then they were moving us to another room and they had more roaches after speaking with the manager and Expedia. I was able to get a full refund that same night, but, then was having to look for another room at 1 o’clock in the morning. Expedia was not much help trying to locate another room.

One of several little roaches. This was in the bathroom. They were also in the bedroom and in the kitchen area.

I have videos of them calling on the wall and on the door in the living room, but it did not let me upload videos

Horrible experience at Motel 6 Medical Center but expedia was amazing and got me switched over to Candlewood Suites... they were WONDERFUL. Definitely makes up for the bad experience at Motel 6. Staff was super friendly and welcoming def recommend this place!

They over sold rooms people reserved months ago . Because a convention came in town. No towels .people waiting for rooms to be cleaned at almost 6 check in is 3

This place was full of roaches. We let the receptionist know and she said she would tell the owners. The room was not very good. The shower was awful. The curtain floated around when you took a shower. There was water everywhere. The pool looked so nasty. Not enough towels. Woke up to roaches crawling on the bed.

The carpets in the hallways are dirty and stinky. They need to be overhauled. The room had roaches in the bathroom. The toilet would not flush (this was fixed). The basin was partially clogged. The room had a stench.

Will not go back

Were given one room. Went upstairs to room. Walked in and it smelled of urine. Went back down stairs and given a new room. The room smelled very musty. Had to buy air freshner to help. No hand soap in the bathroom and no hair dryer.

What a let down!

The hotel was much more rundown and not maintained as in the picture. The lobby as well as the floor we were on had the worst smell as of someone was smoking something. The bedding was dingy. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough!
