"Beautifully classic, elegant and well-maintained hotel in the heart of Downtown Houston with excellent staff, Nelli, Mark and Brandon were out of this world. I would definitely return over and over again, amazing service all around."

"Hotel is conveniently located in downtown, room was spacious and bed comfortable. However building is old (in the picture looks more updated). We stayed 3 nights and not once the room got serviced. The one time I asked for coffee to be replenished, they said they would said someone and no one ever showed up. Also the restaurant of the hotel said they were unable to accommodate for shelfish allergies which is kind of standard in most restaurants now a days. This property is overpriced. "

"Please note there is no public parking and it is $45/ overnight. Otherwise it is a beautiful hotel. The staff is incredible as well. "

"We loved staying where all the sports action was to see the Rockets and Daikin Park! Easily accessible and the rooms were spacious for our family. The staff were very helpful in making sure we were well taken care of. Would definitely recommend!"

"This Hotel overbooked and moved my reservation to another lesser hotel without my approval. They sent an email a couple hours before check in but I was on the road so was totally unaware. I was in a hurry to get to a work event so I didn't have any time to dispute or research another hotel option. They did comp the cost for the other hotel which was a nice gesture but overbooking and telling someone upon arrival that you are not staying at the booked hotel is unacceptable. From the looks and condition of the lobby the place looked very nice which make it even more disappointing."
