"The shuttle staff were honestly the best part of the stay. Both David and Nancy were friendly, came quickly to help, just really redeeming of the whole experience. The room was basic but had clean linens. If you used anything in the room it wasn’t replaced. The parking was a nightmare they charge you to have. They asked me as a single woman to walk down several ramps and park in a dark basement where they’d charge me $30 a night. No elevator to said basement. The whole thing felt really unsafe. No breakfast, no snack selection other than a few things that were picked over by others. They are cashless and the front desk turned up his nose at another woman in front of me in line when she asked how to pay. The front staff were short and not warm at all when questions were asked. Most signage and elevators looked like they’d been through hard times and hadn’t been wiped down in ages. I honestly wouldn’t stay again. "

"The room was so small it's crazy, it was like a European studio apartment for a student. There was no fridge in the room. We requested one upon arrival that we had to call again for once we got there and there was barely anywhere to put it. Plus was that it was free of charge to add it on to our stay. Hotel is a good location and walking distance to the convention center and the parking garage across the street is only $15 overnight parking compared to some of the other ones."

"From the beginning of my stay all the way to the end was perfect. The staff were phenomenal; from the man at the valet greeting me with a smile and warm embrace, to the desk receptionist being generous and bubbly, to even the waitress and cook being very nice and understanding. Overall, I would go back again because even the room was chefs kiss!!"

"My husband stayed at the Lancaster to attend the Nebraska - Iowa NCAA Sweet 16 game. Mike is a world traveler but never one to comment on hotels..but he came back loving the Lancaster! From the free minibar treats to the turndown card featuring Nebraska..we are big Lancaster fans now!"

"This was hotel was super tiny, no closet space and no desk space. The staff held the toiletries in ea floor, however, they ran out so fast. We had to pretty much ask the staff to give us toilet paper twice, and she gave my husband attitude. I was ready to go. "
