"This property deserves to be top rated what with an amazing property, views and amenities. Unfortunately there were a number of issues with it. When we arrived the pool was dirty. Leaves and a sea of bugs floating in it. The pool actually could self clean if it was flowing over the edge but the system was switched off (probably to save power). The guy who did the checkin said a pool boy would come that evening and sort it but he never came. The next day and no pool boy. Also it was said that you...
