"Only downside was the hard sell from Hyatt for their timeshare program on check-in. Everyone gets hit with it. After a long day of travel, it is very unwelcome. "

"The staff were very friendly and attentive! The rooms were spacious. The property felt very secure (they check who goes in and out of the gated property). My only complaint was the fact that the poolside restaurant has a dress code even during the day. My group was dressed for the pool and couldn’t get into the restaurant because one of the men in our group had a tank top on and sleeves are required to enter, but yet us women could enter with just bikini tops!? This didn’t make sense since it was daytime and the restaurant was by the pool. That explained why most people near the pool have to eat from the snack bar instead of the restaurant. "
