"Property needs some attention and updates. But the STAFF was great! Smiles and very courteous everywhere we visited. We also took advantage of the Explorer's Club (Kids Club) and the kids loved it. The girls there are super nice and very welcoming to our little ones. Gina, Nayeli Sandra and Diana need to get the recognition there. Great attitudes! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and really close to the Malecón(Boardwalk) and airport. Would definitely come back. Hopefully by then, some updates/upgrades have been made. But the staff alone make up for that. "

"Overall this was a great property. A few cons: when I asked for espresso at breakfast they told me I’d have to walk to the cafe. Not super guest focused in my opinion. Food was hot or miss: some things were amazing and some were at or below average. Housekeeping was on top If it and wonderful. Also, be prepared for the property to try and sell you a vacation share type thing. "
