8/10 Good

"My husband enjoyed our stay. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the bathroom smelled of mildew and the water pressure in the shower was low. Aside from that, the room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable and the location was super convenient. Will definitely stay again if we ever come back to Hot Springs."

"Step back to 1981. Property is in disrepair. Stains on the floor, stains on the walls, not sure what that was. While it may look like a good deal. You will need to pay around 25 dollars per day to park a half block away unless you want to pay for valet at 33 dollars per day.. don’t forget the nearly 50 resort fee they hit you with at check in.. Resort fee? Where was the resort because t lt sure wasn’t there. These are my honest “opinions” on the place. Don’t say I didn’t warn you."

"The rooms were a good size, but the air was turned to 76 degrees and it was super hot outside and so it took a long time to cool the room off. As we were preparing to check out we had to deal with an infestation of tiny black ants that were on one of the beds, the nightstand and the tv armoire. We didn’t use the amenities while staying. The staff was very kind, considerate, friendly, helpful, and attentive. The breakfast was just ok. For the price point of the hotel it was decent overall. I would give the staff an 8/10 and the hotel itself a 5/10 mostly because of the stained carpets, chipped wall paint, musty smell in the air in the room and ant problems."
