Great place to stay ! We were traveling from Florida to California and stopped for the night. The room was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the staff made us feel right at home. The manager shared some great local recommendations, and the pool and hot tub were perfect after a long day on the road. Everything was well maintained, and the hospitality was outstanding. Would definitely stay here again !

We stayed in a two-queen-bed room, and it was very clean with a perfectly cold air conditioner. We had a really good night’s sleep. The breakfast was surprisingly amazing, we tried almost everything since we had a long day of travel ahead. We also spent some time enjoying the pool and hot tub. The new owners are taking great care of the property, and it really shows. Thank you for your hospitality. I had a great stay and will definitely come again.

The room was not clean, carpet was not vacuumed, empty liquor bottles behind bed, pieces of broken furniture behind bed and TV stand, toilet ran. No noise dampening on the heavy room doors so they slam very noisily all down the hall. Breakfast room was not attended so tables were dirty. Pool and hot tub were very dirty. All in all, not happy with hotel but bed was comfortable enough.

Got to the hotel and checked in, when we got to the room, it had not been cleaned yet. Manager was super helpful and got us in another room right away. A/C was working great in the room we found out as it was a hot day. Continental breakfast was good too.

We stayed here before the new owners took over, and the difference is unbelievable. They completely transformed the property from top to bottom. The amenities are excellent, everything feels fresh and well maintained, and the breakfast is much better than before. It’s like an entirely new hotel, and we will definitely be back.

There are a lot of good things to say about Baymont in Hot Springs, but I will start with breakfast. The scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, and weekend sausages made our morning and gave us a great start to the day. The room was clean, fresh, and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great. The on-site laundry was also very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful, and you can tell the new owners are hardworking and doing a great job bringing the property up to a true Baymont by Wyndham standard. Clean rooms, good breakfast, great staff, and a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Baymont was wonderful! The hotel was very clean, and the staff was so friendly and helpful, especially Shah, the new owner. Breakfast was really good, we ate a lot, haha! On the weekend, they even served sausage and scrambled eggs, along with waffles, biscuits and gravy, different types of yogurt, fruit, and so many other options. Honestly, it was much better than we expected, and we will definitely be returning. The pool and hot tub were amazing too. This place is truly a hidden gem in Hot Springs. We also visited the Mammoth Site nearby, which was a great experience. Hot Springs is such a beautiful town with really good people. We would definitely stay here again!

The room was very spacious and clean. Shah was very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was great. We really enjoyed the coffee, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, and the four different juice options, which I haven’t seen at many hotels. The pool was great too, and we even had a relaxing time in the hot tub. They also have an outdoor sitting area where guests can play and enjoy a barbecue, but unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to use it.

Great stay! The staff was welcoming from check-in to checkout with a smile :) Breakfast had plenty of options, the recently upgraded clean rooms with new carpet and soft linens was very comfortable, and our kids loved the pool they spent almost 4 hours there. We’ll definitely be back!

The owner turned out be the brother of another Super 8 in Sturgis. We had a fun time talking about both places and laughed a lot. Both brothers are very helpful amd easy to talk too. The owner called as we checkin in Billings, MT, saying Expedia shows we gave a bad review and we never did as we were driving until about 4:30pm. I do know Expedia sent a lot emails to my phone that I did not answer while I was driving. I don't what happened but Expedia needs to figure out what happened and apologize to the owner.

The check in went good. The person checking us in went on and on about all the new work done in rooms. i.e. new carpet...paint...etc. Before checking in we recieved a txt telling us if we had any problems bring to the staffs attention...they didnt want to read about it two weeks later in a review. So....the morning we checked out we went to get breakfast the hotel had. As we walked in...several.people said..."do NOT get the biscuits and gravy...it.was too salty". I proceeded to since other than a waffle you make yourself...there was no other main course option. So....as i.began eating...i watched.three people throw their plate of biscuits and gravy into the garbage and complain just how disgusting it was. I got down onw buscuit....it was. like gargling with salt water....never have i ate something this salty. I threw my plate away like everyone else. i went to report this to the perdon at the front desk...there was a lady all ready there complaining. I started to complain as well. It became a heated argument with the guy telling me there was "nothing wrong" with it. Then he blamed me for the coffee i was drinking was why it tasted.bad. I told him "every single person in tbe room threw theirs away because it was dusgustingly inedible. I told him..."im drinking tbe coffee to get the wrank taste out of my mouth." He refused to check it...taste it...or put a new gravy out. 100% piss poor customer service. Not a chance in hell would i stay here again.

Multiple guests complained about the breakfast and manager blamed them, tasted it and said it was fine. At least 6 guests said it was inedible. Hallway carpet was filthy. Noisy bathroom fan, etc.
