We walked home from the Buquebus ferry terminal and went through the Florida Street Pedestrian Mall. Tortoni is just 3 minute walk. Taxi, bus, subway, walking... all was easy, although after dark the area right by the hotel felt sketchy. After dark - take Uber or Cabify! Lobby is a secure entry."
