For a reasonably priced, no frills motel we were quite impressed. There was plenty of space in the rooms, all the facilities were there, it was clean, comfortable and well laid out. We were worried at first about traffic noise but in fact it was not a problem at all.

The motel is basic and served its purpose, clean and convenient to shops and take away food. The TV is difficult to operate for older people. parking is convenient.

It was functional in a very basic sense and clean. But it was a very tired motel and the room only just functional. That said, the AC was perfect and the TV good to watch the AO final on. Beds were fine.
